Full Face CPAP Masks are in the shape of a triangle. They have a seal that goes around the nose and mouth. Full face masks are generally worn by patients who are "mouth breathers" when they sleep. These patients generally have had little to no success with a nasal mask. Full face masks are heavier and bulkier than nasal masks simply because they cover both the nose and mouth. These masks form a tighter and more snug fit; they are more suited for patients that mvoe a lot during the night.
